Tone up your calves

Today is Tipsy Tuesday.. no that doesn't mean alcohol is involved ;)
On Tipsy Tuesdays I'll share quick tips to stay fit and healthy throughout the day.

Every morning and every evening you spend 3 minutes brushing your teeth, this sums up to 42 minutes a week! Wouldn't it be nice to have some kind of exercise to tone up while getting your teeth clean?





And no I'm not talking about doing squats everytime you enter the bathroom (which would cost you even more time) or doing jumping jacks whilst trying not to swallow your toothpaste!
This move you won't even notice (at least not while you're doing it but the results will be amazing! ;)



Simply raise yourself on tiptoes and back down. Do this slowly and controlled!
I do about 100 reps in 3 minutes, you'll definetely feel this move :)

This is so simple, yet so effective!


How to? 
  • Do this move everytime you are brushing your teeth and you'll tone your calves in no time
